With the development of automobile industry,the road's carrying capacity and the growth rate of the vehicle cannot be adapted.Intelligent vehicle infrastructure cooperative technique provides reliable technical support to alleviate this problem.In the intelligent vehicle infrastructure cooperative technique system,how to send the information from RSUs(Road Side Units)to vehicles timely and effectively is a key technical problem.Previously,research on this problem mainly focuses on traffic safety information dissemination,but the research on data dissemination methods for improving traffic efficiency is relatively rare.In this paper,based on the intelligent vehicle infrastructure cooperative technique,aimed at improving the highway Traffic efficiency,and a data dissemination method is proposed based on V2X(Vehicle to Vehicle or to Infrastructure): ATC-V2X(the Adaptive Traffic and Channel data dissemination for V2X),which is composed of two modules: V2I module and V2V module.The V2I module defined a Region of Interest(ROI)in the upstream direction of traffic flow.Then,the RSU is used to obtain and process the vehicle traffic status information in the ROI,and to calculate the shortest time for the vehicle to leave the ROI on which the RSU message dissemination time is preliminarily determined based.At the same time,the vehicle's channel busy radio in ROI is perceived,and the compensation time required for message failure retransmission is calculated.Finally,the minimum time for the departed vehicle combined with the compensation time are referred to determine the final time for RSU message dissemination.In the V2V module,both traffic state and network state of the vehicle node are comprehensively considered to screen the next-hop forwarding node for the information source vehicle in its neighbor nodes.This node can achieve the balance of message transmission span,transmission path and receiving success rate.V2V communication mode not only expands the message coverage of V2I communication mode,but also improves the message delivery success rate of V2I communication mode.In order to test the performance of ATC-V2X data dissemination method,this paper uses OMNeT++ which is a network simulator to build a network simulation environment,builds traffic scenario with SUMO which is a road traffic simulator,finally,builds a bidirectional coupling simulation platform for Internet of vehicle.On the simulation platform,two application scenarios,which one was for the congested highway section and the other was for the on-ramp bottleneck area,were established and the ATC-V2X performance was tested.The results of test indicate are that: for application performance,ATC-V2X data dissemination method was used to plan the vehicle driving strategy so that the vehicle flow can be improved by 28% and 19% respectively,for network performance,compared with the fixed interval dissemination method and the typical V2X data dissemination method—ATB,ATC-V2X can reduce the RSU's sending overhead by 30%?80%,30%?60% respectively and mobile node receiving redundancy by 20%?90% and 20%?80% respectively under the condition of ensuring 100% Service coverage ratio.
