As a new type of underwater vehicle platform,the glider can carry a variety of sensors.Its unique gliding motion makes it possible to carry out large-scale environmental data collection for target sea areas for a long time.It can be used for such purposes as terrain measurement,maritime investigation,underwater search and even anti-submarine warfare by appropriate modification and adjustment.The objective of this paper is to design a deep-sea underwater glider.With this goal in mind,research and comparisons have been made between the various subsystems of the water glider,including shells,hydrodynamic shapes,buoyancy control systems,and attitude control systems to determine the right solution.The hydrodynamic model of a deep-sea glider is established by 3D modeling software,and the flow problem of the water glider is gliding at constant time.The appropriate turbulence model is selected based on the working environment of the glider,and finally simulated using 3D modeling software and CFD software.The lift and resistance of the direct flight condition are studied to understand the law of the variation of the resistance,and further simulated the variation law of the lift resistance and other parameters with the angle of attack at different gliding speeds under the actual inclined flight conditions.The conditions for the steady-state gliding and the relationship between the relevant parameters are obtained.On the basis of the conclusions above,the gliding airfoil in the hydrodynamic profile is selected as the object of hydrodynamic optimization research,and the flat-wing and NACA 0008 airfoils are compared.The hydrodynamic force of the latter is calculated under the same calculation conditions.The results show that the NACA airfoil has a significant improvement in the hydrodynamic performance of the glider.Finally,the gliding efficiency of the glider is analyzed from the energy point of view,and the research variables of the gliding efficiency of the energy and the motion angles are proposed,and the optimized glide attitude control schemes obtained from the two are compared.The correctness of the conclusions is confirmed by each other...
