| The wind brake is one of the most important parts in small wind turbines,is important to the safe operation of the wind turbine. The biggest problem currently facing is safety, reliability and stability, specifically, the overspeed protection when the wind speed is over rate wind speed. This paper mainly studies the matching of hydraulic braking system of Kunshan Jufeng wind power limited medium wind power generator 50 kW.Electromagnetic disc type brake friction brake system for the wind turbine are initially used, use of the installed in a longer process, braking system appeared many problems, mainly: first,in the volume and weight constraints, braking torque is obviously insufficient;second, electric disk type friction brake friction plate abrasion is not enough,in less than 3 years of operation in the process, friction wear and tear to pieces a serious, easily caused failure of the brake adjustment, the safe operation of the serious impact of wind turbine;third, maintenance and maintenance is not convenient, the cost is higher. In the research and development process of the hydraulic brake system,we analyze the braking mechanism of the whole wind power generator. On the basis of obtaining the working condition and load, using the theory of hydraulic brake, the hydraulic brake system which can meet the requirements of the hydraulic brake system is designed. In this paper, the mathematical model of wind turbine is established by Simulink modeling software, including the wind speed model, the wind turbine model and the load transfer model of generator set,and the load condition of the brake system is calculated. Then the AMESim hydraulic simulation software is used to model and simulate the hydraulic brake system. In the end,a simple and reliable experimental platform is carried out to test the hydraulic brake system in the factory and collect the test data. The simulation results are compared with AMESim.Provide comparison according to the actual hang up and brake system of hydraulic test.Test results show that the hydraulic brake system has the advantages of small size, large braking torque, quick response and further development and utilization of space. |
