In order to deal with the increasingly severe energy crisis, many countries increased their research in renewable energy such as wind energy, solar energy and biologic energy. As the government paying much attention to the wind energy, the wind technology is growing at a high speed. The installed capacity of the wind turbine in China list top position in the world. The hydraulic systems as one of the key components of the wind turbine is basiclly imported from other country. The imported hydraulic system is not only dear price but also maintain cost, so we research on the wind turbine hydraulic system in order to sinicizing the hydraulic system.Hydraulic system not only can be used to the spindle of the brake and the yaw brake, it can be used to pitch-controlled which can control the out-put power. Therefore the hydraulic control technology is one of the key technologies of the wind turbine. We design the hydraulic systems which are used to motor pitch-controlled wind turbine and the electro-hydraulic proportional pitch-controlled wind turbine, based on analyzing the wind turbine. And the pitch-controlled wind turbine semi-physical simulation test-bed is formed. The most hydraulic components of system are domestic elements.The main research contents of the paper are as follows.In chapter 1, the background, significance and development actuality are given. Furthermore, we describe the hydraulic system is widely applied. At last, the project signigficance and main research contents are presented.In chapter 2, the braking system model is formed whitch shows the torque transmission relationship during the braking. And we analyze the force of the pitch-controlled actuator.In chapter 3, we design the electro-hydraulic proportional pitch-controlled system and the control system based on the wind turbine control. And the pitch-controlled wind turbine semi-physical simulation test-bed is formed, combined with the Bladed soft.In chapter 4, the hydraulic system of the 1.5MW motor pitch-controlled wind turbine is designed and manufacture. The combined simulation model is formed with the AMESim and Simulink.In chapter 5, the filed test of the 1.5MW motor pitch-controlled wind turbine hydraulic system is carried on, in order to verify reasonableness and reliability of the system.In chapter 6, the paper's research work and the outcomes are generalized, and the directions for further working are also pointed out.
