In the condition of global energy saving and emission reduction,of developing green and clean energy,the problems of high energy consumption and low efficiency in the traditional industrial equipment are paid more and more attention.But to realize the motor’s energy saving,the vibration of the motor must be reduced.Therefore,the vibrational reduction becomes the main object of motor studying.This paper is to discuss how to reduce the vibration of the asynchronous motor,with the YXKK710-6TH asynchronous motor as an example.In the research of the stator’s vibration and noise,natural frequencies and mode shapes of the stator are calculated by ANSYS software.The influence factors of stator winding are discussed,those shows that the stator winding has an important influence on the mode of the stator system;The radial electromagnetic force calculation of the stator is carried out by using ANSOFT software.The influence of radial electromagnetic force is also discussed.It is indicated that the combination of stator and rotor slot has an important effect on the radial electromagnetic force.The theoretical resonance frequency of the motor is determined by means of the harmonic response analysis.In the research of the rotor’s vibration and noise,using FLUENT software to establish the model of dynamic pressure sliding bearing oil film model of motor,in the case of determining the damping coefficient of the oil-film rigidity,oil-film pressure distribution of bearing under rated condition is also determined,it shows that the distribution of oil-film has a positive pressure area and a negative pressure zone.The maximum oil-film pressure is near lower bearing inlet.The distribution of temperature field of bearing under rated conditions is also determined,it shows that the oil-film temperature gradually increases from the convergence zone to the divergent region,with the rotor clockwise rotation.The highest temperature of the oil-film exists at the top of the bearing.The finite element modeling of the rotor is carried out by using ANSYS software,so the theoretical natural frequency and mode shapes of the rotor system can be determined.To verify the reliability of the original model,a comparative analysis is made on the lumped mass and beam element model of the rotor system.At last,The influence about the change of film rigidity on the critical speed of the rotor is briefly described.The stator modal test、bearing vibration spectrum measurement test and type test are carried out,all experimental results are consistent with the theoretical analysis.The motor has the advantages of small vibration and low noise.The whole research reaches the target of the scheduled trial. |
