Application For Balanced Score Card In Vehicle Manufacturing Shop

This thesis introduces Balanced Score Card origin,contents and characteristic in brief.Based on current BPD performance assessment system,the thesis listed the defects such as rationality,pertinence.And the target setting is a little unreasonable.The thesis also refer that the main reason is our department doesn’t clarify the relationship with team strategy and daily work.So I tried to introduce the Balanced Score Card management mode.According to the operation status in our department,we combined the BSC score card with GMS system and set up the BSC strategic chart.I divided the BSC items into different action targets which are measurable.I also weighted different targets according to the importance.When I got the BSC assessment method for deportment level,I just divided all action items level by level.Then,all teams and team members have their BSC assessment method.And I got the whole system for BSC assessment.And it can align all team and team members together.At last,it set up the performance target and divided it level by level and defined the relationship by all level.Then we got the whole picture for the BSC management.This thesis introduces detail BSC which is used for optimizing manufacturing department and refers the body shop in Shanghai-GM to discuss the BSC management application in Vehicle Building Shop.
