Study On Project Risk Management For New Product Development On Commen Rail Diesel System In B Company

Implement Project Management with high efficiency and systematic method is the base for a Company to get new business and control the operation cost.Also,the way to manage the risk successfully in project management could help the project manager to control the project process,meet the time line and get the target.With the deeper development of the method research on project management,people get a lot of effective methods on project management or project risk management in many areas,and even make them as mandatory documents in Quality System.Based on risk management theory and the FMEA methods,we identify and control the risk in the real activity in one project.Based on the FMEA methods,we analysis the project structure and function in details systematically.With this analysis,we could find the risk in project.After that we evaluate the risk in different scope according to FMEA methods,and select the main risk which needs actions.Also,FMEA provide us the way how to solve the problem.Based on the project and the situation of the manufacturing area,we provided the solution and implemented it into the project,which helped the decrease the risk in the project.We explain the theory though the usage of FMEA method step by step,and analysis how to use the method by research the theory.For a better use on FMEA method and the project risk management theory in the real activity during our daily work is our wish.
