In recent years,with the development of modern control technology,motor manufacture technology,power electronics technology,microprocessor technology,permanent magnet AC servo system has developed to a high level and has been broadly applied in modern industry manufactures.Replacing asynchronous motor with permanent magnet synchronous motor,has been a major trend in the future development of elevator door motor.Compared with conventional asynchronous door motor,AC permanent magnet synchronous door motor has the advantage of simple structure,advanced control methods,good low-speed performance,more effective and long service life.First of all,this paper analyzes the related clauses of the national standard which focus on door motor,and work out a design scheme of door controller by comparing the industry mainstream door controller parameters,though which get a total scheme of door operator.According this scheme,the schematic diagrams and PCB diagram is accomplished after three times PCB trial manufacturing,which includes the control system based on the Renesas 7147 series MCU and the driving system based on the Mitsubishi PS21964 frequency inverter.Then,this paper simply introduces the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor,the basic principle of space vector pulse width modulation,and the basic ways of FOC control through the simulation.Finally,this paper introduce our software architecture and software specifications,then make a detailed study of engineering algorithm emphaticaly in view of speed loop,current loop,controller speed curves,M/T algorithm,parameter study,magnetic poles presumption,dead time compensation and A/D conversion.Espically,at the voltage samp aspect,we use the Flyback circuit to sampling the voltage to voiding the traditional circuit and optimize the hardware design.At the dead time compensation aspect,we test the parameter of system to improve the system performance at the low speed.
