With the increasing pressure of environment protection and the continuous enhancement of environmental awareness of people,there will be a large scale of green power integrated into the distribution network in form of distributed generation(DG).Active distribution network(ADN)technologies can improve the intermittent energy consumptive ability through active and flexible control of the controllable equipment.The operation states of ADN are flexible,so are the DGs' running states.Besides,ADN contains lots of communication devices and their communication interaction is very complex,which brings much trouble in the installation and commissioning process.In order to ensure the flexible operation of ADN and the quick access of DGs and associated control equipment,it is very necessary to research the plug-and-play of ADN source network coordinate control.This paper firstly proposes the technology architecture to achieve the plug-and-play of ADN source network coordinate control based on the present research results of ADN control technology and information integration at home and abroad.This paper analyzes the technology objectives from energy flow and information flow levels,and discusses the relationship between the objectives of the two levels,and then proposes the technology architecture of ADN source network coordinate control plugand-play after studying the approaches to achieve the objectives of two levels.Using the hierarchical zoning control framework for the smooth switch and stable operation of ADN under different operation states on energy flow level.On information flow level the main work is to implement the self-description and interoperability of the control and management devices,to design appropriate communication architecture based on IEC61850 and to expand the configuration files to support the plug-and-play on energy flow level.Secondly,this paper focuses on the realization of the plug-and-play on energy level.The first step is to analyze the different operation states' characteristics of ADN from DGs' multi-state operation and distribution network flexible grid structure perspectives.Then a hierarchical zoning source network coordinate control strategy is proposed,which includes active distribution management system level,regional level and local level.The implement and communication process of the control strategy to achieve adaptive control of ADN is studied.The control strategy is verified to control the ADN under different operation states through the site-specific study case and its effectiveness is proven.At last,this paper focus on the implement of the plug-and-play on information flow level.The communication architecture of ADN source network coordinate control system is proposed based on the hierarchical zoning distribution control framework and the hierarchical communication structure defined by IEC61850.Besides,the communication interface and protocols are analyzed.By analyzing the control and management units' function requirements,the corresponding logic nodes are selected or expanded,and the specific logical devices are modeled.Thus the information models of control and management units are established.Through analyzing the topology expression method of IEC 61968,the IEC61850 configuration files are expanded.The expanded configuration files are able to describe the feeder topology and control area to meet the control needs of energy flow level.The CID files of control and management units and SSDs to describe the topology are generated according to a specific example.The profile test tool is developed based on C# and.NET Framework to test the syntax and topology of the generated configuration files.The research results of this paper provide important technical basement to the future research on plug-and-play of ADN source network coordinate control and are helpful for the application and popularization of ADN.
