Environmental pollution is the most attention topic in today's society.In coal-fired power plant,coal combustion is undoubtedly the greatest sources of pollution.The normal operation of coal-fired power plant affects the whole country and people's property and life safety.Electricity demand is also increasing.It is an immediate problem that how to save energy under the premise of electricity demand,so as to reduce the coal consumption and atmospheric pollution problems.The most direct and effective method is to reduce the service-power consumption rate.A large number of high power motors in coal-fired power plant,such as the condensate pumps,the primary air fans,the secondary air fans,the circulating water pumps,are now using export baffle or damper to throttle.These control methods generate great energy loss and waste.The new launch and development of high voltage inverter for the power plant provide advanced technology to improve environmental protection and energy saving.The use and promotion of inverter technology or developing the speed regulating device on both high and low voltage load will reduce the power plant auxiliary power rate to some extent so as to further improve the energy efficiency level of the power plant operation.There are different methods of frequency speed control,and products from different manufacturer have different characteristics.In this paper,based on traditional AC speed regulating theory,we put forward a fuzzy neural network control method which is combined with fuzzy control and artificial neural network control to regulate the frequency of motors.We also made a simulation test on 3 methods and it is showed that the fuzzy neural control method is more effective than the PID control and regular fuzzy control on system responsive speed and anti-interference ability.The performance of the speed regulating system has also been further improved.Finally,we make a theoretical analysis of the effect on energy saving by the usage of high voltage inverter and the result showed fairly remarkable efforts on energy saving.Today,the energy conservation and environmental protection problem are concerned by the whole society and we trust that the high-voltage inverter technology is bound to get a broader development in all walks of life.
