On the basis of ensuring safe and efficient development of nuclear power,nuclear power system with independent development capabilities is the new situation facing the construction of nuclear power in our country.Currently the bulk of the current construction of one million kilowatts of nuclear power plants improved second-generation and third generation nuclear power plant digital control system design and development of the newly introduced project still faces many of the key technologies required to constantly optimize,improve and re-innovation.This work is based on Development Centre digitizer control laboratory platform,relying on the construction EPR nuclear power engineering,the construction of third generation nuclear power technology,nuclear power plant digital control system simulation test platform,developed for field of DCS test systems,control of nuclear digitizing instrumentation and control system design and test key technologies.First in the country to carry on Virtual DCS technology and simulation modeling EPR nuclear power plant control test,and the main content can be divided into three parts.The first part is the research of virtual DCS technology.Based on the project of Taishan EPR,the minimum configuration DCS,including engineer station,operator station,running server and logic processing unit,is established.Through the application of the virtual DCS system,to compare and analyze the difference between the DCS configuration diagram and design,is helpful to deeply understand and master the technical characteristics of DCS,and for instrument control system design and DCS configuration results test provides a good reference.The second part is the dynamic simulation of the control function of EPR nuclear power station.The dynamic simulation model of the control function of EPR nuclear power station is established,and the communication with the virtual DCS data is realized.Development of standard function block design and configuration design,configuration design simulation and verification and Level3 layer network communication technology research.Closely integrated with the construction project,and lay a good foundation for the three generation of EPR technology.The third part is the research on the control function of EPR nuclear power station.Based on this platform,we can carry out the EPR related images and control system with independent design verification,including preliminary design and detailed design,relating to the level0 to level3 four layer structures,can provide the corresponding control system configuration and testing environment.The EPR nuclear power plant control system configuration independent design provides reliable technical assurance,service in various stages of engineering design and effectively improves the design quality,so as to avoid modifying the latter part of the workload of the project,with very high application value in engineering.
