Development Of Small DC Current And High Resistance Calibration Device

Small current and high resistance is important parameter and signal in the measurement.It has been widely used in physics,chemistry,electrochemistry,biomedicine and other important fields.It has an important meaning in the development and promotion of the science and technology of testing these two signals accurately.At present,we know nothing about the automatic detection of small current.And our detection devices for high resistance are still behind foreign equipments.In order to improving the precision of the detection of high resistance,this paper proposes a method of research about Wheatstone bridge measurement dual source of ultra-high-resistance.It is used for measurement and calibration of the high resistance.This method has high accuracy and resolution about measuring ultra-high-resistance.The test results show that this method has high accuracy and resolution for measuring high resistance.In addition,we improve the measurement of small current by the aid of this device.We simplify the operation process and improve the working efficiency.We can use it to improve our measurement capabilities and measurement accuracy,and also meet the rising customer demand metering.It has a good practical value.
