In the aviation industry,as one of the energy system in aircraft,the electrical power system provide the electric energy to aircraft and the product performance requirements of aircraft power system shall be very precisely.And aircraft electrical power lab tests are absolutely important to ensure the power quality and aircraft flight safety.With the rapid development of computer technology,computer is widely applied to control product performance automation test in many industries.It greatly improved the automation level and product test efficiency,and made the test procedure standard.Therefore,test aircraft power system with virtual instrument technology will inevitably become a trend.The aircraft electrical power system function parameter test in the aircraft lab has been focused as the research objection in this thesis,mainly discussed how to seed a common and convenient test system to test whether the aircraft power system property can satisfy the design requirement,and then confirm the electrical power system design theoretical foundation.The electrical power system structures,the aircraft electrical power variety on current aviation area and test system development history have been covered in this thesis.All of this research is to pursue premium solution based on the research purpose,and then make earlier stage preparation for the aircraft electrical power test and data processing system design.In this thesis,the overall structure of the aircraft ground power supply systems and virtual instrument tests are introduced,the composition and structure of the aircraft power supply test data processing system will be descript in detail,and the PXI bus technology hardware solutions and software solutions based on Lab VIEW also been referred.This paper introduced hardware and software design in detail.Hardware design introduces the system architecture,testing,channel configuration and definition of the relevant test content and system module functions.Above the software design,the data acquisition and processing method to provide theoretical support for the follow-up software design has been introduced.Then software design introduced the software function definition,software process design,interface design,interface design,and finally on the test system to check that the system has to meet the technical requirements of the relevant test functions,the software interface is friendly,easy to operate.
