With the rapid development of computational fluid dynamics,three-dimensional viscous numerical simulation methods are increasingly used in the aerodynamic design and performance calculation of turbomachinery.However,it will be a great limit for Engine calculation and development cycle from the traditional zero-dimensional simulation to the traditional three-dimensional numerical simulation of the engine overall performance.The throughflow model based on the circumferential average N-S equation can reduce the calculation time and improve the research and development efficiency based on the high-precision engine performance simulation,which is the development trend of the current overall performance research.In this paper,the development of the circumferential average N-S equation flow calculation program is applied to the field of turboshaft engine overall performance simulation.Making a detailed analysis from the throughflow control equation,the method of meshing,definite solution and the calculation method of visco-visible and non-viscous vane modeling and transonic compressor and turbine backward angle model.Through the flow calculation analysis of NASA Rotor67,NASA Stage35,a 3-stage transonic fan and Krain original centrifugal impeller,it is verified that the flow calculation method has better application ability in the compressor.Then The flow calculation software is applied to the performance prediction and analysis of an axial flow + centrifugal combined compressor.The results show that the flow calculation software has a certain two-dimensional simulation capability for the turboshaft engine combined compressor.Using the flow calculation software to communicate the PW-E3 single-stage high pressure turbine,GE-E3 two-stage high pressure turbine and GE-E3 five-stage low pressure turbine.By means of flow performance prediction analysis to verify the reliability of the throughflow of the program.Apply the throughflow program to the performance prediction of an integrated design turbine system for an aero-derivative ground turbine.It has certain engineering application value for studying the performance matching and aerodynamic layout among turbine components.
