With the development of space technology,spaceborne antenna is developing towards light weight,large aperture and high precision.More and more spacecraft are equipped with large space deployable antennas.The structure of large deployable satellite antenna is complex.The deployment process will affect the stability of its own structure and the motion state of the spacecraft.Especially,the impact force produced by the hinge when the antenna is deployed and locked in place.Therefore,this paper takes a large space deployable parabolic cylindrical antenna as the research object,carries out dynamic analysis of the deployment and locking process of the antenna and the surface accuracy analysis of the deployment state after locking.Firstly,the dynamic calculation method of antenna flexible multi-body system is described theoretically.The dynamic equation of flexible multibody system based on Lagrangian method is derived from the kinetic energy,potential energy and dissipated energy of the system.Then the constraint equation of multi-body system is established according to the hinge constraint.It provides a reference method for theoretical modeling of large parabolic cylindrical deployable solid surface antenna.Then,the rigid-flexible coupling model of antenna system is established.A rigid-flexible coupling simulation model for deployment and locking of antenna system is established by Pro/e,Patran,Nastran and Adams.The rigid-flexible coupling simulation model of the deployment and locking process of the antenna system is built to verify the rationality and feasibility of the structure design of the antenna system,and the dynamic characteristics of the deployment and locking process of the antenna are analyzed.Then,according to the simulation results of antenna dynamics,an optimization scheme of hinge structure is proposed,and its optimization and strength checking are carried out.Finally,the profile accuracy of the antenna system is analyzed.The motion of antenna and spacecraft will affect the accuracy of antenna profile.Through Patran and Matlab,the deformation and surface accuracy of the antenna system under thermal steady state and micro-vibration of spacecraft are obtained.The relationship between the hinge error angle and the surface accuracy of the same type of antenna after deployment is deduced.Using the theoretical deduction formula,the surface accuracy of the simulation model at the angle of hinge error is obtained.
