In recent years,China's automobile sales have continued to rise.In 2018,China's automobile sales reached a record high of 28.879 million.From 2011 to the end of 2018,the global auto parts market increased from 9.9 trillion yuan to more than 12 trillion yuan.The potential market for the component industry is very large.For the auto parts market,M&A is not only a means to promote the integration of the entire industry,but also a key way to improve the ability to innovate to adapt to the rapid development of the highly competitive automotive industry.Listed companies often see continuous M&A activity,but the M&A effect of continuous mergers and acquisitions is quite different.In order to test the effect of mergers and acquisitions,the company should build a complete evaluation system.This paper selects the case of L company as the entry point to study this phenomenon.This paper aims to study L company's continuous mergers and acquisitions from three aspects: M&A motivation,strategic goals and performance evaluation.Taking L company as an example,it has continuously analyzed the increasingly common phenomenon of continuous mergers and acquisitions from many aspects,and established a more reasonable and comprehensive continuous M&A performance evaluation system.This paper first analyzes the problems and causes of L company's continuous M&A performance evaluation,and describes the problems existing in the M&A performance evaluation description.Based on the existing problems,the cause analysis of L company's continuous M&A performance evaluation in M&A.Then the L company M&A performance evaluation system is established,which introduces the establishment of the company's continuous M&A performance evaluation system from three aspects:content,model construction and system design.Based on the four dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard,the indicators suitable for M&A performance research are designed.Based on the established index system,the hierarchical structure model is used to obtain the weight of each index value.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is combined with the expert scoring to the company.The performance was evaluated.After that,the evaluation system was applied,and the application results were analyzed.The continuous merger behavior of L company was evaluated based on the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard.Finally,the safeguard measures for the establishment of the system are put forward,and the safeguard measures for establishing the continuous M&A performance evaluation system are proposed from the aspects of personnel,system,organization and informatization.It is a smooth evaluationsystem for the continuous M&A performance of L company based on balanced scorecard.The foundation for implementation.The research in this paper can not only provide a basis for subsequent M&A activities or integration activities,but also have reference value for the performance evaluation of continuous M&A activities of other companies in the industry.
