In society energy is an indispensable part of the vigorous development.In response to environmental warming,depletion of petroleum resources and new energy consumption standards,the use of renewable environmental energy as the energy supply of communication nodes has become a trend.Micro-composite energy power management system integrates renewable energy and traditional energy to give full play to their respective greatest characteristics and advantages,and has broad application prospects in the fields of communications,military,clean energy vehicles and so on.The purpose is to realize a miniature hybrid power supply management system with response time less than 5 ms,conversion efficiency over 80%,output current up to50 mA and output voltage up to 3.3 V.Firstly,the working principle of micro-energy and system module are studied.Then,the design of power management circuit for each energy source is completed,and the rationality of the design is verified by the test.Finally,the circuit board of the system with the functions of current and voltage detection,lithium battery charging and switching energy output is designed.The circuit layout is optimized in hardware,the corresponding components are selected to improve the performance,and the situation that the fuel cell can not adapt to the rapid change of load current is overcome by limiting the charging current.The decision-making process of energy management is analyzed in detail.The power switching process is completed by collecting current and voltage values.The system conversion efficiency is 82% and response time is 170 ns.The system can dynamically judge energy input,and the function of supplying power to wireless communication nodes is realized.The micro-composite energy power supply management system realized in this paper has high efficiency and response,meets the target requirements,has good stability,and can adapt to the needs of the load in various circumstances to work normally.The system has good compatibility and can be assembled for the application of wireless communication nodes in the future.
