As an emerging disinfection technology,UV-chlorination disinfection technology has begun to be applied under the scale of water supply plants.However,there are differences in process operation status and management level.The quality of water supply plants is uneven,and there is a lack of relevant documents to guide the operation and management of the technology.As a result,the water plant technicians largely rely on experience to guide the actual operation of the process,resulting in many problems in the operation management technology.In this study,the application status of UV-chlorination process management technology in China's water supply plants is taken as the research background.By constructing a technical feature evaluation model based on grey cluster correlation analysis method and a cost-benefit evaluation model based on cost-benefit analysis,UV water supply to water supply plants The effluent quality and economic benefits of the process under different operation and management modes are evaluated and verified,and the goal of comprehensive evaluation of the operating parameters of the process is realized,which provides a reference for the operation and management of the UV-chlorination disinfection process of the water supply plant.Firstly,the construction and application of the technical feature evaluation system.The technical performance and operating parameters generated during the application process of UV-chlorination disinfection process in China's water supply plants were investigated in detail,and a technical characteristic index system was established.The system consists of two secondary indicators and four tertiary indicators.Based on the grey clustering association analysis method,the technical feature evaluation model is constructed,the grading standard of the evaluation index of ultraviolet chlorine disinfection technology is established,the whitening function value of the index is calculated,the dimension is processed and the gray cluster weight is determined,and the gray correlation degree is calculated.Determine the water quality category,and finally evaluate the effluent water quality category of the four evaluation water plants,and determine the optimal operating parameters of the process from the perspective of technical efficiency.Secondly,the construction and application of the cost benefit evaluation system.Investigate the cost-benefit factors in the operation and management of UV-chlorination disinfection process in water supply plants,including UV transmittance,water flow rate,cleanness of quartz casing,equipment selection,UV lamp selection,chlorine reagents.7 items such as the type and location.Then combined with the operation and management characteristics of the process,based on the cost-benefit analysis method,the cost-benefit evaluation system of the UV-chlorine disinfection process is constructed,and the operating cost per ton of water and the emission reduction benefit of each water plant process are calculated separately,so as to obtain the yield under different operating modes.Based on the above theory,the model application of four evaluation water plants is carried out,and the yield of each water plant disinfection process is obtained.According to the yield,the optimal operating parameters of the process are determined from the perspective of economic efficiency.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation and application verification of UV chlorine disinfection process.Based on the gray comprehensive evaluation method,the comprehensive efficiency evaluation of the UV-chlorination disinfection process was carried out,and the comprehensive evaluation results were applied to a water plant in Harbin,and the correctness of the evaluation results was verified from the perspective of the process operation effect,and the technical characteristics and fees of the water plant process were The effectiveness indicators are evaluated to further verify the rationality and reliability of the evaluation system.
