Research On Post Occupancy Evaluation Of Urban Riverside Greenway

Since ancient times,human beings have lived in rivers,and human civilization is inseparable from rivers.As an important central city in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,which has gradually developed from the original transportation hub to an important support for urban planning.In recent years,the urbanization process in Wuhan has developed rapidly,the economy has prospered,and the people’s material life has been greatly satisfied.A series of problems such as urban climate change and ecological destruction have followed.In order to ensure the city’s ecological balance,ecological quality and people’s pursuit of spiritual life,Wuhan City spared no effort to carry out urban greenway construction work.As the main axis of the construction of the urban greenway in Wuhan,the Yangtze River has become the top priority of the greenway construction work.Therefore,this paper selects the Qingshan Riverside Greenway as a research sample to evaluate the greenway construction.Through the construction of Qingshan Riverside Greenway,the living quality of residents will be improved and the urban environment will be improved.The research of the thesis consists of six parts:The first part mainly summarizes the background of the city’s riverside greenway construction,the purpose and significance of the research,and sorts out the technical route and framework of the research.The second part is mainly to introduce related basic theoretical concepts.The concept,classification and grade of the greenway,as well as the concept of the use status evaluation and the practice of the greenway use status evaluation theory at home and abroad.The third part discusses the POE of the urban riverside greenway,which is divided into three stages.During the preparation stage,the greenway data collection and collation is carried out,and the riverside greenway evaluation factors are screened and field researched;Start collecting data and process and analyze the data,and finally summarize it based on the processing results.The fourth part takes the Qingshan Riverside Greenway as an example to explore the POE of the greenway.It first sorts out the planning and current situation of the Qingshan Riverside Greenway,and obtains evaluation data through user behavior observation analysis,in-depth interviews and questionnaires.To organize and count the data,try to find out the potential regularity of the statistical results,and analyze the problems existing in the riverside greenway.The fifth part of the study is based on the conclusions obtained in the fourth part to put forward constructive suggestions and suggestions for the construction of the riverside greenway,optimize the planning strategy of the Qingshan Riverside Greenway,and guide the planning of the urban riverside greenway.The sixth part draws the main conclusions of this study and puts forward the prospect of urban riverside greenway planning.In short,the author tries to solve the problem of riverside greenway construction by taking the study of the riverside greenway in Qingshan District as an example,to better improve the ecological quality of the city,meet the needs of the residents,and make suggestions on the construction of the city riverside greenway to improve the city riverside green.The greenway planning system provides a reference for the subsequent riverside greenway planning.
