With the national goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way,people’s living standards are improve more rapidly,and the requirements for comfort and safety of living environment are constantly improving.Therefore,smart home equipment is welcomed by people.But there are also many shortcomings.In the field of household appliances control,many intelligent household appliances can only be controlled one-to-one,which brings great inconvenience to users.In terms of family security,the monitoring of family environment data is also one-to-one.Traditional video surveillance can only simply save all collected data,which occupies a lot of storage space.Many videos are only background without effective information,which makes it inconvenient to retrieve effective security information and waste of resources.This thesis designs an intelligent home control system based on embedded Linux and improved PBAS algorithm.The intelligent home control system consists of five modules: home gateway,environmental data acquisition module,home appliances switch control module,video monitoring module and computer monitoring terminal.As the core module of smart home monitoring system,home gateway is composed of S3C2440 chip,its peripheral hardware circuit and embedded Linux software system.It realizes human-computer interaction through touch screen.The environmental data acquisition module takes STC98C52 RC chip as the core to collect indoor temperature,humidity,brightness,intrusion and harmful gases,then sends the data to the home gateway through serial port for anomaly detection.The switch control module of household appliances receives control information from the home gateway by the ZKD controller to control the household appliances.Video surveillance module uses USB camera to capture images by V4L2,uses improved PBAS algorithm to detect images,and then stores images containing moving objects and sends them to the computer.In addition to receiving the environmental data processed by the home gateway through Wi-Fi,the computer monitoring terminal can also control the household appliances through the home gateway.For the video surveillance module,this thesis improves the PBAS algorithm by studying the moving target detection algorithm: The linear relationship between the decision threshold and the mean minimum distance of the sample set is improved tobe non-linear,and the flicker level is introduced.So that the complex changing areas in the background can be more quickly and accurately suppressed.After testing,intelligent video surveillance using improved PBAS algorithm can save up to 77.48% of the storage space,greatly improve the utilization of resources,and effectively save costs.The intelligent home control system in this thesis centralized control of various household appliances and unified monitoring of household environment data.It enables users to control household appliances more simply and understand the data of household environment,which has high practical application value.
