With the development of science and technology,the demands of intelli ge nt products are increased gradually.The home as an important place of activities,people have higher needs on their safety and intelligence.As an intelligent product that can improve people’s lives quality,the application of smart home become more and more widely.For the current problems like the high cost of intel igent home control system,a low-cost smart home control system is designed in this paper.The main work as following:The research background and research significance of intelligent home are analyzed in the head of paper.Analyzing the present situation and research status of smart home,an intelligent home control system are designed from the angle of economy,stability,convenience and safety.The system includes three levels: the client,the main control center and the node.The network communication of client and the central control center use the TCP/IP protocol.The main control center and the node use the radio frequency to wireless communication.User use client-side control and operate the system.Secondly,according to the overall structure and functional requirements of the intelligent home control system,the hardware and software of the system are designed.The main control center adopts S3C2440 as the core processor,extended LCD display,USB camera,radio frequency module and other peripherals.Running embedded Linux operating system in it,the main control center using Qt Creator as software integrat io n development environment and using the C++ language for the development.The node using STM32 as the core processor which expand the RF module and other peripherals(the node of fingerprint lock also extends the fingerprint module).Using Keil uVisio n 4 tools as development environment,and use the C language for the developme nt language.The Windows devices and Android devices are used as client-side,and adopt Qt Creator for software integration development environment and C++ for the development language in the same way.Finally,the intelligent home control system was tested in a laboratory environme nt.The test results show that the node can perform the correct operation according to the commands given by the client,the response time of the smart socket is less than 130 ms and the response time of the infrared module is less than 800 ms,the words “network connection “will appear on the screen when the network is abnormal.The lock node can effectively control the access control system.The characteristics of the system are low cost,stable operation,easy to use and high safety factor,suitable for popularizing and applications.
