This paper proposed and optimized a static unbalance measurement system based on flexible hinges.The system is mainly used for measuring and compensating the static unbalanced moment of multi-frame seekers.The static unbalanced moment of the frame mechanism in a seeker is mainly due to the early design,the machining error and the uneven distribution of the material density.The measurement system can obtain the static unbalance moment of the frame by combining the value of the weighing sensor when the frame rotates around the frame and characteristics of the centroid projection method.Through the data obtained before,the measurement system is subjected to a quality compensation scheme to facilitate the staff to carry out the frame static unbalance moment compensation.Based on the analysis of the static unbalance measurement technology at home and abroad,this paper studied and optimized the measurement system in measuring principle,modular design of measurement system and force transfer mechanism performance by ensuring the measurement accuracy of multi-frame seekers,improving measurement repeatability and reducing the measurement time.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.The theoretical calculation formula of the static unbalance moment of the multi-frame seeker is obtained by the centroid projection method and the decoupled measuring platform;2.Using the centroid projection method as the basic method of measurement,the paper designed the module for measuring the static unbalanced moment system of the multi-frame;3.Through the closed-form compliance equation of flexible hinges,the flexibility model of force transmission mechanism is established,and the design parameters are optimized by selecting appropriate constraints;4.By simplifying the measurement system model,this paper optimized the mechanism design,effectively reduced the system convergence time and improved the system robustness.Compared to the high-speed centrifuge method,the static unbalance measurement system avoids the damage caused by the load centrifugal acceleration on the device.The accuracy of the static unbalance moment measurement system is better than 0.05g·cm for the seeker,and the maximum load is more than 500g·cm.For a double frame seeker,the time of measuring static unbalance moment and obtaining compensation program is less than 3min,which greatly improves the compensation efficiency of seekers.
