As the automotive industry's increasingly stringent emissions regulations are introduced at home,the number of energy vehicles on the road is also increasing rapidly.On the other hand,in the automotive electronic system more complex today,the number of various ECUs in the body has reached dozens of or even hundreds,the automotive market product update is also getting faster,compared to a few years ago automotive products,new products on the quality and reliability of the requirements are higher.In recent years,automotive electronic and electrical systems have gradually shifted to integrated development,greatly reducing the cost of car development.In today's automotive market,improved quality is not only the result of design optimization,but also the result of testing throughout the development process,such as the overall system architecture needs to be redesigned during the new model's experience of conversion and upgrade,and due to changes in the electrical system and network topology,it is inevitable that extensive testing and validation will be required over a limited period of time.Therefore,it is particularly important to choose which test method.This paper optimizes and upgrades the electronic and electrical architecture of the new platform model of the company project PHEV(Plug and mix),improves and optimizes the vehicle power supply and distribution network and bus communication network from the design point of view,and designs some functional sub-modules in the automobile electrical system,adding more advanced electronic functions and configurations.Not only control the cost of the product,but also improve the product strength.The content of this paper is in the limited product development cycle,and strive to excavate faults as early as possible,analysis of defects and problem solving.In the development and testing stage of the new system,this paper introduces the HIL(Hardware in the ring test)bench equipment by dSPACE Brand,from the early stage of R&D to the electronic system to carry out the simulation test of the total virtual environment.With the help of the functional test of HIL bench simulation,the maturity of electronic function of the system can be improved rapidly.Compared with the traditional testing process,the HIL bench test proposed in this paper is aimed at the whole electronic system,based on HIL to build the concept of electronic and electrical integrated scaffold.automobile electronic and electrical hardware in the ring simulation test system to solve the idea is to ' software ' instead of ' hardware ',to ' virtual ' instead of ' entity ',the sample stage of all the electronic control unit ECU and all the motor,lamp Group,instrumentation,screen,switch and other body electrical devices integrated to build on this rack,and then with the spline phase of the wiring In this way,the topology model in the electrical architecture is fully supplemented.At the same time also let these electrical and electronic parts into the integrated bench,participate in the physical tooling and interface matching,and then arrange itemized electronic functions and performance test verification.In advance of the project,a large number of integration tests are performed through this method to identify systemic and hard software problems,that can greatly reduce the test burden of the late stage in the engineering prototype,first to solve the defects and optimize the stability of the electronic system,shorten the R & amp;d and testing cycle,to ensure the reliability of the new system.
