With the improvement of living standards,people have paid more and more attention to oral problems.The number of dental patients in major hospitals has doubled and overcrowded.Patients with other diseases often have the need to solve oral problems,especially the weak,such as the elderly and children.In the face of huge workload,doctors may neglect some problems,have hidden dangers of medical accidents,and may lead to medical disputes.Therefore,it is very necessary to use a monitor in dental surgery.It can monitor the patient's condition in time,prevent risks and improve the safety of patients during operation.Starting from the necessity of dental monitoring,this paper elaborates the background of dental monitoring and the current status of the use of dental monitors that I can understand.Using indirect clinical verification method,this paper verifies the usability of the designed "monitors" through experimental forms.The specific implementation methods are as follows:monitoring module assembly,adding wireless communication module to build hardware part,and writing software with VC++ platform.The WIFI module of Lenovo notebook computer is used to receive the measured vital signs.After the system is built,the accuracy of data measurement and the feasibility of wireless data transmission are verified by experiments,and the simplicity of operation is realized.At the same time,the monitoring data of 56 patients undergoing rapid extraction after anesthesia are collected,and the real-time display and storage of monitoring data are completed.The aim of this study is to establish a monitoring data and characteristic analysis platform for patients undergoing general dental surgery and lay a foundation for the follow-up research.Meanwhile,the concept of special monitoring for dentistry is put forward,and the integrated design idea of comprehensive dental treatment platform and special monitoring system for dentistry is put forward by using the established system.The design of general direction and the introduction of laughing gas monitoring module are proposed,which provides a valuable idea for the future development direction of dental special monitoring.After the completion of the special dental monitoring system,it can create bettereconomic benefits for the manufacturers of the monitoring module and the medical institutions using the system.At the same time,it has positive significance: the system established in this paper can analyze abnormal cases,track and capture the dynamic change data of patients with clinical value and automatically store them;the data can be looked back after the operation to facilitate the participation of medical staff in teaching.And scientific research;and to explore whether there are characteristic curves of vital signs parameters in each subdivision of oral surgery,which will provide guidance for clinical work and promote the use of dental monitoring system in oral outpatient clinics and observe its impact in outpatient clinics.
