| The development of globalized economy has promoted the growth of economic strength of various countries,and the competitive pressure among all walks of life has been continuously increasing.As an Internet-based commodity exchange-centered business activity,e-commerce attracts a large number of enterprises’ attention by virtue of its convenient operation and wide promotion scope.At present,along with the oligopoly development of e-commerce platform,production and manufacturing enterprises borrow e-commerce platform,the cost they need to pay is getting higher and higher,and the profits of enterprises themselves are constantly being swallowed up.Under such circumstances,manufacturing enterprises are generally faced with problems in cost control,delivery time and service level,which seriously restricts the long-term development of enterprises.At the same time,the development of e-commerce has also made the drawbacks of traditional procurement model increasingly prominent.As a new purchasing mode with strategic information sharing and collaborative cooperation,joint purchasing can improve the overall quality of products while controlling the production cost,showing important application value.This paper takes S Company as an example,by using model method,case analysis method and literature method,to discuss the status and problems of joint procurement in e-commerce environment.Firstly,it elaborates the background of the research and introduces the significance of the research.Secondly,it elaborates the related concepts and theories of enterprise joint procurement,and makes theoretical preparations for further research.Thirdly,it focuses on the analysis of the operation status of S company’s joint procurement under e-commerce environment,and clarifies the main body,organization structure and operation mode of its joint procurement,and from the selection of partners,cost allocation and cargo batch are three levels of entry to find out the problems and causes.On this basis,the joint procurement model of S company is constructed,such as partner selection optimization model,order batch optimization model and cost allocation optimization scheme,and quantitative analysis is carried out.Finally,aiming at the problems of S company’s joint procurement,the paper puts forward feasible optimization suggestions from three aspects of system,technology and market,which will inject power into improving the comprehensive level of S company’s joint procurement under the e-commerce environment. |
