Research On Centralized Procurement Of Engineer Material Based On E-business Purchasing Platform

With the adjustment of domestic economy and industrial structure,under more and more severe pressure,large construction enterprises develop new markets as well as continuously improve internal management capabilities and reduce operation costs,to excavate the internal profit.Internal control,fine management and other means have been used to strengthen cost control,which has become the inevitable choice for enterprises to deal with the internal and external pressure.As an extreme important link of cost controlling in the procurement of engineering materials,centralized procurement based on e-business purchasing platform has become a trend of development in construction industry.Taking Z Group Co.,Ltd.as an example,an investigation is made on the current situation of centralized procurement of engineering materials based on e-commerce platform.The model,process and controlling of centralized procurement in Z Group is analyzed with Activity Based Classification and Kraljic Matrix,moreover,combined with the theory of supply chain management,platform economics,etc.,in addition,the defects and weaknesses are found.Thus,Information integration of e-commerce platform,establishment of logistics center,strategy for financing platform,improvement of supply chain system and cultivation purchasing talent in three dimensional is proposed to promote the management lever of Z Group to gain economic profit through procurement.Through the analysis of actual case,therefore,the problem in procurement management of large construction enterprise is found with scientific management methods,the trend of development is predicted,and the solution is proposed.Firstly,this research provides a reference for Z Group to optimize procurement processes and improve management level.Secondly,it is meaningful for the layout and development of upstream and downstream enterprises of supply chain.Finally,based on supply chain and platform economy effect,the research of centralized procurement model in the future is instructive for the development of construction industry.
