| Fire fighting is an important guarantee for the safety of ships.In order to ensure the timely and rapid fire fighting of ship personnel in case of fire,the training of ship personnel is indispensable.But the traditional training method in the real scene not only spends a lot of manpower and financial resources,but also the training efficiency and personnel safety can not be guaranteed.Therefore,a new training method is needed to make up for the shortcomings of the traditional fire training method.Using virtual reality technology to realize fire training in virtual scene can not only reduce the time and money spent in training,but also ensure the safety and efficiency of trainers.This method is a new breakthrough in traditional fire training methods.The virtual fire fighting system designed in this paper simulates the action of ship personnel after they find the ship fire to train the ship personnel.Firstly,the system uses the 3D modeling software 3DsMax to build the ship scene,the model of the ship control room and the model of the fire fighting facilities.At the same time,it uses the particle system to realize the simulation of irregular objects such as flame and smoke.In this system,users can control virtual characters to roam in the scene with the first person perspective.They can control the random position in the deck visual range by keyboard keys to generate flame.After the flame is generated,users can choose different fire fighting facilities on deck to carry out fire fighting operations.At the same time,this paper also designed the main control room to monitor the overall state of the ship.Users can enter the main control room through the virtual portal on deck.On the display in the main control room,they can see the overall situation of the current ship.If there is a fire in the main control room,users can control the fire pipeline through the fire button to extinguish the fire.In addition,the system also saves information such as the time to generate the flame and the time to complete the fire extinguishing.The specific information of the last user training can be read when the system started next time.In the process of simulating irregular objects such as flame by using particle system,the simulation method of flame eddy current is studied and analyzed in depth.Based on the traditional simulation of flame eddy current by using spiral motion of flame particles,a method of flame eddy current simulation based on vector field is proposed.The vector field and GPU particles are used to simulate the flame eddy current instead of the traditional CPU particles,which reduces the memory space occupied by the particle system and speeds up the rendering speed of particle attraction.In addition,this paper also uses LOD technology to optimize the particle system.For complex particle system,a LOD algorithm based on viewpoint and model importance is proposed.This method adds model importance to the traditional LOD algorithm as the basis for judging when to call the simplified model,and achieves better results.Effect.This paper finally realizes the ship fire fighting system based on virtual reality,which simulates the process of fire fighting for warship personnel.Users can conduct fire fighting training more intuitively.At the same time,it is also an attempt of virtual reality technology in ship fire fighting.It provides convenience for future research and has greater practicability and reference value. |
