Warship mission reliability modeling and simulation technology is a technique for simulating and analyzing the ability of a warship to complete a task under certain conditions and within the required time of the mission.With the development of digitization,informatization and intelligence,the complexity of the warship system is getting higher and higher.When the traditional mathematical analytical method is used to solve the task reliability of the complex ship system,the dynamic behavior existing in the system cannot be effectively described,and it will also face the NP problem.If using the existing reliability simulation methods for complex systems,there are also some problems such as cumbersome modeling and inconsistency with engineering practice.In order to solve the above problems,this article uses Modelica language to build a simulation model based on "serviceable" strategy and "side-by-side branch operation in priority order" strategy,and realizes the algorithm of warship mission reliability simulation analysis,simulates the fact that the component failure in the ship system can be repaired,solves the reliability calculation problem of the bypass(backup)system,and the reliability of the ship mission is accurately analyzed.At the same time,the warship mission reliability simulation platform integrated with visual modeling,visual simulation and visual analysis has been designed and developed,which provides a solid theoretical basis and great convenience for designers to improve and optimize warship design and task assignment.This is of great practical significance for improving the success rate of warships performing tasks.The main work of this article is as follows:(1)The basic composition of the warship is analyzed,the Modelica language is used to realize the reliability modeling method of warship mission based on the block diagram method.And the method is used to construct the basic component model and the connection model representing the logical relationship between the components.Based on the established component model and connection model,the ship working condition model and the ship mission reliability model are further completed.(2)The simulation mechanism of warship mission reliability is studied,the simulation strategy is proposed and the key methods for realizing the reliability simulation of warship mission are described.Then the simulation process is determined and the simulation algorithm is implemented.(3)The design requirements of the warship mission reliability simulation platform are analyzed,then design and development of the warship mission reliability simulation platform integrated with visual modeling,visual simulation and visual analysis are realized by C++ and Qt high-level programming language.(4)The warship mission reliability simulation platform is used to carry out a case study.The research results show that the simulation model built on this platform is authentic and reliable,and the obtained reliability convergence is available.It has certain guiding significance for the design improvement of ship mission assignment.
