The self-elevating platform is the main equipment for offshore oil and gas exploration and development,offshore construction,island reef construction,leveling and dredging,and living services.The self-elevating platform studied in this paper has long been in service under severe sea conditions.Therefore,it is necessary to research the structural performance of the platform hull and pile legs to test it's safety.In this paper,ANSYS/NX software is used to analyze and study the strength and stability of the platform under normal working conditions,preloading conditions and storm self-storing conditions.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:Firstly,the self-elevating work platform and its overall structure are briefly introduced,according to the specification,the calculation method of wind load and wave load suitable for the self-elevating work platform studied in this paper is selected,according to the design wave method and taking into account the symmetry of the platform,the incident angle is selected every 30 degrees to calculate the environmental load under normal working conditions,pre-loading conditions and storm self-storing conditions,which is compiled in ANSYS,the wave phase angle search program obtains the phase angle of the wave current at a certain angle of incidence and obtains the maximum wave force in that direction.Then,considering the normal working conditions,storm self-storage conditions and pre-loading conditions in the jacking state,consider the fixed load and variable load and calculate the results according to the environmental load,taking into account the P-? effect and the power amplification effect,the effects of additional forces and moments are generated to calculate and calculate the strength of the platform body and leg strength.Finally,according to the CCS specification,the anti-overturn stability of the platform is analyzed,and the overturning moment and anti-tilting moment generated by the wind load,wave flow load,P-? effect and dynamic amplification effect of the platform under two working conditions are calculated,the platform is checked for its anti-overturn stability under normal operating conditions and storm self-storing conditions.The calculation results show that the strength and stability of the platform body and the pile legs meet the requirements of the specification,and the overall structural performance meets the requirements for use.
