In recent years,ship navigation accidents have occurred frequently,and human development of marine resources has been continuously improved.The precision manufacturing of ships and offshore platforms has become a hot research topic.Among them,the curvature plate roll forming is an important part of precision manufacturing of ships and offshore platforms.High-precision curvature plates can not only improve the ship's load capacity,but also reduce the ship's navigation resistance.At present,the processing method of the curvature plate is mainly achieved by the three-roller forming.The three-roll roll forming process is more traditional,the manufacturing cost is low,and the operation difficulty is small,but the degree of automation is low,the manual participation is too high,and the simple dependence on the operator's judgment on the degree of deformation of the processed plate leads to low molding efficiency.The accuracy is poor.Therefore,how to use the three-roll bending method to process single-curvature sheets with low cost and high efficiency has a wide range of engineering backgrounds and application prospects.Aiming at this processing target,based on the experiment,this paper uses the finite element software ANSYS and LS-DYNA to calculate the curvature of the three-roll bending forming plate.The main research contents include:Firstly,the W11S-30x3000 three-roller is used to perform the three-roller rolling test on 20 mm thick Q235 material and 22 mm thick DH36 material sheet.Based on the composite calculation of ANSYS and LS-DYNA,the finite element analysis,comparative test and limited.The results of the meta-calculation,after the analysis and comparison results are reasonable,obtain the finite element parameters of the single-curve sheet forming by three-roll bending.Then,the effective finite element calculation parameters are used to calculate the relationship between the two rolls in the three-roll processing process,the upper roll down displacement,the lower roll spacing,and the sheet metal material and the plate radius of curvature.It is found that during the three-roller roll forming process,there is a functional relationship between the radius of curvature of the sheet and the lower roll displacement of the upper roll,the distance between the lower rolls and the sheet metal material,wherein the radius of curvature and the downward displacement of the upper roll;It exhibits a power function relationship;It exhibits a linear relationship with the lower roll pitch;The greater the yield strength of the metal,the larger the radius of curvature of the sheet.Finally,based on the verification of the relationship between the obtained radius of curvature and the processing parameters,the method of adopting the roller bushing is proposed for the double curvature shape of the hull plate,and the numerical calculation method is applied.The research on the process and forming precision shows that the metal sheet after casing processing presents a sail type,and the procedural sheet processing method that meets the actual production requirements is obtained,which is of great significance for the processing technology of complex curvature plates.
