In residential heating and industrial production,boilers are widely used as an energy conversion device.With the aggravation of global environmental problems,the traditional coal-fired boilers are rapidly replaced by gas-fired boilers because of the large emission of pollutants and the serious consumption of coal resources,which make the coal-fired boilers no longer suitable for the needs of modern development.Compared with coal-fired boilers,gas-fired boilers have higher environmental protection performance,and fuel can also make a variety of gas fuels.With the increasing attention of the Chinese government on environmental protection,the plan of coal to gas is gradually developed.Under the background of the coal-to-gas conversion project,this research takes the gas-fired boiler of 300 MW unit as the research object,and systematically develops and implements the furnace safety protection and control.Gas-fired boiler furnace safety protection system(FSSS)is an important automatic control system in modern thermal power enterprises.It consists of boiler safety monitoring unit and burner management control unit.FSSS plays a very important role in the safe combustion of boiler hearth.Through the modification of FSSS system,the safe,stable and reliable operation of 300 MW units can be achieved,the maintenance cost can be reduced,and the incidence of safety accidents can be reduced.Figure 50 picture;Table 7;Article 60 refs...
