In the industrial process,temperature control systems are very common,and important indicators in various technological processes include temperature.Among them,electric heating furnaces are widely used in my country as high-efficiency equipment in the temperature control production process.This article analyzes the control performance indicators of SXF-4-10 type heating furnace,such as fast and stable reaching the set temperature value,and specifically conducts the research on the following control methods.Firstly,the model categories of the system are analyzed for the structure mechanism of the electric heating furnace,and the mathematical model is established.The modeling method adopts the open-loop step response method.Then based on the requirements of fast response and steady-state performance of the electric heating furnace system,the simulation and application of proportional-integral-derivative control(PID),internal model PID control and fuzzy PID control were carried out respectively.And considering the combination of the advantages of the controllers,the control parameters tuned by the internal model PID control method are used as the initial values of the basic domain of fuzzy control.Experimental results show that the combined fuzzy internal model control method can adjust parameters online to achieve better control effects,and the dynamic and steady-state performance are improved.Then,this paper introduces the Active Disturbance Rejection Control(ADRC)method based on the nonlinear PID control theory,simulates the method and applies it to the heating furnace.The comparison with other methods proves the advantages of this method in the heating furnace temperature control system.Subsequently,a Fuzzy Active Disturbance Rejection Control(FADRC)method based on fuzzy control theory is proposed.This algorithm is aimed at the existence of differential signals in traditional fuzzy PID controllers that are easily submerged by noise,unsuitable for extraction,rapidity and overshoot.Contradictions and other shortcomings,the introduction of ADRC theoretical ideas,while ensuring the extraction of effective differential signals,to achieve a transition process to prevent the system from generating excessive overshoot,and at the same time adjust the internal parameters of ADRC in real time through fuzzy control theory.In this algorithm,the difference between the differential transient process and the output of the extended state observer is taken as the input of the fuzzy controller,and then the parameters of the PID are obtained by solving the fuzzy.Then the nonlinear combination in the active disturbance rejection controller is used to obtain the control quantity and compensate it,so as to achieve the purpose of real-time tuning the parameters of the ADRC controller.Finally,the method is used to simulate the heating furnace equipment and practical application.The results show that FADRC can effectively optimize the furnace temperature control process of electric heating furnace system,and verify the practicability of the algorithm.
