As the rapid economic growth in China,the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta are relatively scarce in energy resources."West-East Power Transmission" has become a basic national policy of China to promote the rapid economic development in the coastal areas and solve the problem of unbalanced energy distribution and environmental pollution reduction.The main function of the HVDC transmission system is to transmit DC power.The DC system control function and power transmission command are the key links.In recent years,the Xing'an and Gaozhao HVDC transmission systems have repeatedly experienced abnormal conditions in which the DC power is not adjusted as planned.It has a huge impact on the safe and stable operation of the HVDC transmission system.This paper analyzes the command logic of the power transmission of the HVDC transmission system in detail,and analyzes the abnormal events of the Gaozhao and Xing'an DC powers according to the plan.The cause of the power adjustment abnormality is mainly caused by the abnormal data transmission of the LAN network,and the corresponding rectification measures and feasibility evaluation are given in combination with the actual situation on site.The main work that has been completed in this paper is as follows:1.Statistical analysis of abnormal conditions in which DC power generated by Xing'an and Gaochun HVDC transmission systems has not been adjusted according to plan,and comparative analysis from different angles such as fault type and fault occurrence time,combing out the factors affecting power adjustment anomalies.2.The normal power adjustment logic in the pole control system is sorted out.The power adjustment process signal is an important criterion for the success of the power automatic adjustment.The triggering principle is also analyzed in depth,and the normal logic and abnormal appearance are adjusted in combination with the power.The power automatic adjustment refused to conduct a comparative analysis.3.The data transmission principle of the converter station LAN network is sorted out,and the interference that the power adjustment command may be subjected to during the data transmission process of the LAN network is analyzed.4.In combination with the actual needs of the site,propose targeted and feasible improvement measures: software control of the extreme control system software,external alarm device,etc.
