Central air-conditioning is widely used in buildings,but also one of the most energy consumption in buildings.Energy-saving is an effective way to reduce costs and increase benefits.Ordinary modification is a simple modification of pumps or fans.However,due to the serious non-linearity,high coupling degree,large lag of the system,the energy consumption of one equipment often decreases,while the energy consumption of other equipment increases,and the overall energy-saving effect is not good.In addition,the traditional control method of central air-conditioning system is constant flow and variable frequency PID control,which can not adapt to the changing environment.In order to minimize the overall energy consumption of the system,a group control strategy based on fuzzy PID control is proposed to optimize the temperature control of the system.So we will optimize energy-saving from two aspects.One is to analyze the basic principle of the system,further analyze the energy consumption of other operating equipment,design a variable flow operation strategy of cooling water and chilled water circulation system,and introduce the group control strategy of chillers to realize the interlocking of equipment and reduce energy consumption.Secondly,on the basis of traditional PID control technology,fuzzy control is introduced to form an adaptive fuzzyPID control technology,which can realize realtime adjustment of temperature according to load needs and environmental changes,so as to achieve the goal of energy saving.Taking an office central air-conditioning system as an example,we simulate the frequency conversion and energy-saving operation of the central air-conditioning system based on Simulink simulation platform.The research verifies the accuracy and reliability of the system optimization parameters,and effectively reduces the management cost and system energy consumption of the central air-conditioning system.Fuzzy PID group control is of great significance.It can not only help the control design of central air conditioning system,but also manage and control the energy of intelligent buildings.Figure23;Table11;Reference 52.
