In contemporary large-scale buildings, central air-conditioning system is theindispensable facility with high power, high energy consumption, and high running costs, sopaying for the costs of the system is a significant overhead, and energy saving transformationis an effective way to lowering costs and raising efficiency.Central air-conditioning system is a nonlinear, large delay, high coupled system, and itspower consumption is also high in the large-scale buildings. The control optimization strategyto the system has been concerned. Researchers have tried to transform fans, pumps, and otherequipments, but the energy saving effect is not obvious due to the high coupled of the centralair-conditioning system.This text analyzes the operational status of the air-conditioning systems, and turns togroup control and energy saving system, analyzes its operation strategy in-depth to researchmore energy and more stable group control strategy. Actually, the group control of the centralair-conditioning system has been studied before, but few group control system was putted touse in practical system applications. One of the major reasons is the imperfect systemoperation strategy. Some group control systems only do interlock start and stop control ofeach device, resulting in frequent start and stop equipments, the poor air quality of the roomand other issues.In order to make the equipments running better, meet the comfort requirements of theindoor environment, and also for the energy saving, on the basis of the past energy savingprograms, this text proposes an energy saving and group control method based on fuzzycontrol. This paper introduces the basic principles of central air-conditioning system, andanalyses the energy consumption of its equipments. On the basis of proposing optimal controlstrategy in the variable flow operation of the chilled water and cooling water circulationsystem, introducing chiller group control, and interlocking start and stop of each device. Dueto the high complexity of central air-conditioning system, traditional control technology cannot take into account the stability of the system and energy efficient, so the paper introducesfuzzy control based on the general PID control, forming the Fuzzy-PID control technology.Optimizing frequency strategy for pumps, fans, in order to achieve the purpose of systemtemperature control and energy saving. Combining the real-time computing load on thechillers with the addition and subtraction of equipment, interlocking control the system torealize intelligent group control.This text uses the central air-conditioning system of Guo Mao Hotel zone A as an example, carrying out a detailed description in the design of the project from the build ofsystem network, hardware design, software programming and configuration design. Thesystem is easy to operate, high degree of automation, high reliability, and few operation. Itlowers the costs of central air conditioning system in management and system powerconsumption effectively.
