| incremental pushingl launching is one of the important methods of bridge construction.In modern bridge construction,more and more steel box girders are used in erection.Based on the construction of steel box girder of Zhengzhou Zhengbei Bridge,this paper makes a deep discussion on the construction method and technology of pushing jacking of steel box girder.It provides a theoretical basis for the construction of steel box girder of Zhengbei Bridge,and provides some references for the design and construction of similar bridges in the future.The main research contents are as follows:1.introduced the development process of pushing construction both at home and abroad,and the characteristics of walking incremental launching construction.2.the construction technology and construction plan of the stepping pushing construction of Zhengbei bridge are introduced in detail.3.Taking the large-scale general finite element program MIDAS as the calculating tool,the models of the main structures of the temporary facilities including the jacking platform,the temporary pier and the steel guide beam are established,and the theoretical analysis and calculation are carried out.It provides powerful data analysis for the smooth operation of the construction.This paper establishes a model for the construction process of steel box girder with walking jacking method,carries out theoretical analysis and calculation,and guarantees the smooth construction of steel box girder of Zhengbei Bridge.,It is confirmed that the jacking structure system has enough safety and stability in the construction of Zhengbei bridge.It will provide some references for bridge construction in the future. |
