| Motor drive system is the core component of electric vehicle,so it is important to ensure the safety and reliability of the motor system.This dissertation takes the fault of PMSM as the object of study,and design the fault simulation system of PMSM.The system inject specified traditional fault to PMSM system,then research on the transient and steady response of circuit parameters,provide the basis for fault diagnosis and prediction.The main research contents of this dissertation are as follows:Research on the common fault of PMSM system,and summarize the typical fault list.Then create the simulation model of PMSM based on typical fault,analyze the insulation fault and connection fault,as the preliminary research foundation of the design of the motor fault simulation system.According to the fault classification and fault simulation results,determine the types of simulation fault and the measuring point distribution of this system.Then design the overall scheme of motor fault simulation system,including the design of the system overall framework,the communication architecture,the underlying fault simulation equipment electrical circuits.According to the DCS overall structure,research and design the bottom fault simulation module and the upper monitoring platform in detail.The underlying fault module development mainly includes: design the hardware of master control board,insulation fault board,connection fault board and so on.Then design the software for each module to ensure the function of interacting with the upper platform and responding to the upper instruction.The design of upper monitoring platform mainly includes: Using the PC and PXI system to integrate monitoring platform structure,researching and designing the software of the monitoring platform,performing the control of the underlying fault simulation equipment,set specific fault test conditions,real-time display and recording the electrical parameters of the test point and other functions.After finishing the development and integration of fault simulation system,perform fault dynamic simulation test and verify the system function,then research on diagnosis method for insulation fault and connection fault.The test results show that the function of dynamic fault simulation is of high accuracy,and the system could provide basis for development of fault diagnosis and forecast strategy. |
