| With the growing maturity of finite element technology,almost all static and dynamic analysis in the field of ship engineering can not be separated from the related engineering software.However,the finite element modeling is still the first problem of the whole finite element analysis process.All hull dimensions,boundary conditions and load exertion are always completed according to drawings or related specifications.The over ideal model will inevitably lead to a certain difference between numerical model and actual structure.Therefore,for many kinds of dynamic characteristics of the same model,such as natural frequency,acceleration response of forced vibration,etc.,people feel that the measured results of model test are more convincing than numerical simulation.Based on this,this paper will discuss the correction method of the finite element model with the vibration test results of the actual model,and the main research contents are listed in the following:(1)To validate the response surface method: taking a square plate structure as the research object,according to its vibration modal tests,using the response surface method and the finite element direct correction method,and the correction results of the two methods are analyzed and compared.(2)To modify the ship stern model: carrying out the dynamic test of the ship stern model,correcting partial physical parameters of the model using response surface method;(3)To predict of the vibration response of the modified model:further numerical analysis is to be carried out for the modified finite element model,and its structural response under external excitation will be obtained to compared with the measured vibration response of the ship stern model. |
