With developing of the automotive industry aftermarket parts sales business has entering a booming era.The volume and pace for the delivery of the aftermarket parts is increasing dramatically. As one of the most important area for logistic operation, parts logistic binning problem has gain more and more focus than before. It is significant important to start the new binning process optimization to support binning decision and improving filling rate, thus to satisfy the customers. This thesis mainly studies the container loading problem for automobile parts outbound binning process within aftermarket distribution center, focusing on the process of packaging and how it will impact on the binning filling rate.First,we introduce the business model and warehouse operation of company L.Further we analyze the working process of packaging and also outbound delivery binning process, summarize the potential problems that lead to low filling rate and the clear the target of optimization.Based on the practical experience,we propose a new way of binning process and test with real production system. It ends with good progress of filling rate, which provide one of the good algorithm for the future development of system optimization.
