Laser welding technology is a new welding technology applied to automobile plastic parts.Laser welding has the advantages of small weld line,high strength,high automation of welding equipment,easy to control welding parameters and so on.General speaking,the welding quality of plastic products depends on welding parameters.However,the difference in the results caused by different welding parameters is also very great.Orthogonal experiment,as an important tool in quality management,is a fast,simple and economical experimental method to solve the problem of improving product quality under various factors and different parameters.In this paper,A company S7 tail lamp as the research object.In order to improve the welding quality,the quality test of laser welding quality of automobile lamps was carried out by orthogonal experiment.Based on the analysis of the existing laser equipment and production technology,welding parameters on the quality of the lens and the welding of the lamp housing are studied.The main test factors are confirmed by controllable screening and technical screening.Then the orthogonal test plan was developed and the test was carried out.The main and secondary relations of the influence of various welding parameters on the quality are analyzed by the analysis of variance.The main welding parameters and the optimal parameters are obtained by the method of extreme difference analysis.And using MINITAB software to analyze the test data quickly.In the current situation,the significant factor that affects the laser welding lamp is the welding current,then the cycle times and the welding speed.Finally,the statistical process capability method is used to verify the optimized effect.The results show that the average drawing force of welded products is increased from 189.87 N to 251.52 N,and the quality of welding products and the stability of production have been improved effectively after improvement.The experiment and study in this paper provide a feasible experimental method for solving the laser welding technology of plastic parts,also can be used for reference by other similar engineering projects.
