The urban Energy Internet is designed to conform to the trend of sustainable energy development,take the urban electric power energy as the center,and make full use of all kinds of energy,especially renewable energy,and renovation and expansion of new lines,in order to ensure the power so as to achieve interworking,sharing and optimization.With the rapid development of power grid,especially the access of distributed energy resources,increasing investment and new line renovation and expansion,the grid structure is becoming more and more complex,in order to ensure the power supply reliability and power quality,developing of scientific regulation mode and improving the management level of power grid under the background of the urban Energy Internet is the inevitable trend of the grid development.Taking Disney Park distribution network as the background,this paper studies the management strategy of distribution network regulation and control in urban Energy Internet,and the results include:(1)This paper introduces the characteristics of Energy Internet and analyzes the key technology of distribution network regulation and control management affected by the Energy Internet;research on the construction of Shanghai Disney Park distribution network under the background of urban Energy Internet pilot area is taken to understand the configuration of distributed energy in the park network.(2)In the case of multiple energy sources connecting to the distribution network,the power grid operation evaluation method is applied to study the safety regulation and control problem of distribution network in the pilot area under the normal way,planned maintenance and accident conditions.Through a large number of simulation calculations and analysis and demonstration,a scheme of distribution network regulation and management suitable for energy Internet is proposed.(3)Based on the load balance in the typical zoning,through the analysis of the characteristics of Energy Internet,this paper studies the compilation strategy of the operation mode under the new energy access,realizes the complementation of various forms of energy,and smooth the daily load curve of the power grid.(4)This paper studies the changes of the topology and the direction of power flow caused by the access of various energy forms in the energy Internet,and analyzes the influence of its steady and transient process on the traditional relay protection,and the relay protection strategy based on the typical energy Internet is proposed.(5)For typical areas with distributed energy access,visual monitoring and alarm methods are applied to study the form and monitoring method of monitoring data on SCADA system,providing intuitive and clear decision information for dispatchers.Finally,a summary of the full text is made and suggestions for further research are pointed out.
