With the continuous improvement of social requirements on water supply quality and safety reliability,the application of advanced and efficient equipment,dosing means and methods realizes the production process automatic,and strengthens water treatment in the process of automatic monitoring and automatic control,which is of great significance for the construction of modern water plant.In this paper,the daily water purification process system of a water plant in south Shanghai,minhang(here referred to as the yuanpu water plant)is the research object.The tap water production process flow is analyzed.Based on the actual situation and the production requirements,the original automatic monitoring system of water plant and automatic dosing system is upgraded.This paper analyzes and researches the characteristic of production technology of water plant.Firstly it makes a preliminary analysis for alum dosing flocculation and chlorine disinfection process,and puts forward the control scheme of the whole and each link.Secondly it discusses the hardware selection and configuration of the dosing control system,and introduces the selection and application of process instruments and electrical equipment in dosing system,and it builds the dosing PLC based on AB-PLC,and it designs the corresponding hardware configuration diagram of the control system and wiring diagram of I/O module.Furthermore,the control of alum and chlorine,the control algorithm of automatic alum out cylinder is designed through RSLogix5000 software.And the man-machine interface is upgraded through InTouch10.0 configuration software.Finally,the modifiedautomatic dosing system is tested,and to test the effect of automatic dosing.The automatic monitoring system discussed in this paper has been put into practical use,which has realized the original design objective.For a period of running,the system has achieved stability,advanced in function,good operation and other design requirements.
