The vibration load of the helicopter rotor transmit to the body mainly through the main reducer.An advanced main vibration isolation system is used to block the transmission path of vibration load,which can reduce the vibration level of the helicopter effectively.In this paper,a experimental device for the vibration isolation system of the main reducer is designed and its dynamic characteristics are tested.Firstly,the overall scheme of the experimental device for the vibration isolation system of the helicopter main reducer is proposed by analyzing the law of rotor vibration load transmission to the body and the working principle of dynamic antiresonance vibration isolation and focus vibration isolation system.The dynamic characteristics of the dynamic anti-resonance isolator and the focused vibration isolation system are simulated and analyzed in Matlab software,and the overall parameters of the experimental device are selected according to the simulation results.Then the experimental device is divided into three subsystems: excitation device,dynamic anti-resonance isolator and focus vibration isolation system.The structure of each subsystem is optimized and a three-dimensional digital model is established in CATIA,then the working load is calculated by engineering method and the strength of major parts are checked,then the structural design of the experimental device was completed.On this basis,the main reducer,the body,the dynamic antiresonance isolator and other components are machined,and the motor,controller and other equipment are purchased,then the assembly and commissioning of the device are completed.The vibration isolation efficiency of the focused vibration isolation system and the dynamic anti-resonance isolator in different working conditions is measured by LMS dynamic signal acquisition system.Finally,the test and simulation results are compared and analyzed,then the functions and technical indexes of the experimental device are verified.
