The civil air defense engineering management and maintenance system based on the Internet of Things is to apply the Internet of Things information technology to the management and maintenance of civil air defense projects.It is divided into the sensing layer,the network layer and the application layer.The sensing layer uses various environmental quality,equipment status,and security monitoring sensors to collect internal information of the civil air defense engineering in real time,and interacts with the application layer through the network layer.The mobile client and the server work together to realize remote viewing of system information and abnormal status monitoring in the application layer.It can effectively improve the efficiency of the management and maintenance of civil air defense projects and promote the information construction of civil air defense projects.Firstly,this paper analyzes the system requirements based on the user requirements and functional requirements of the civil air defense project management and maintenance system,and clarifies the tasks that the system needs to accomplish and the functions that should be available.Then,it completes the design of the overall structural framework of the system according to the system function requirements,proposes the framework of the technical system of the civil air defense engineering management and maintenance system based on the Internet of Things,and it completes the model design of the system’s perception layer,network layer,and application layer.Secondly,the fault diagnosis method of ventilation equipment based on fault tree analysis method is carried out for the ventilation system with the highest frequency of use in civil air defense engineering and the fault tree of civil air defense engineering ventilation equipment is constructed.The system uses perceptual layer sensor to detect the occurrence of top events and basic events which can determine the cause of the failure when the top event occurs,and can notify the personnel defense management and maintenance personnel of the equipment failure alarm and the cause by the network layer and application layer function modules.Then,this paper uses grey clustering method and the extension neural network to construct the air defense assessment model of civil air defense engineering to cluster analyze air pollutants that enter the model,and then uses the extension neural network to evaluate the air quality.Revealing the effect of using gray clustering on the efficiency and accuracy of air quality assessment model through simulation test.Finally,this paper uses the Internet of Things,sensors,mobile APP,server,database and other related technologies to develop and implement the civil air defense project management and maintenance system.
