Civil air defense is the important foundation of the whole air defense system.In war,civil air defense system can effective protection important target,can save the war potential,can save people’s life,is crucial to global stability war.So,people’s air defense is an important part of national defense construction,is an important aspect of national economic and social development,is the important content of urban construction,social public utilities is a reasonably.Facing high destruction and destructive weapons,now and in the face of war state such as raids,for civil air defense engineering also bring more requirement and challenge.So the security of civil air defense engineering,sustainable and reliability is of vital importance to the development in the future.The main content of this study is to analyze the relevant civil air-defense engineering,a series of test in our province,civil air defense equipment factory testing performance test,the main body of civil air defense engineering protection,civil air defense equipment installation and use of performance testing and the testing of the area of civil air defense engineering surveying and mapping.By himself in the people’s air defense inspection,acceptance and the acceptance after completion of civil air defense equipment maintenance found some influence the security of civil air defense engineering,sustainability and reliability issues,and through the causes of these problems,to find the related way and method to solve the problem.Studies show that from legislation of civil air defense and civil air defence engineering construction related specification is not complete,civil air defence engineering construction supervision and management of civil air defense systems,human talent training management mechanism,to establish comprehensive system in the civil air defense construction and facilities in the process of the design,construction,acceptance and use of operations management to strengthen quality control,to ensurethe security of civil air defense engineering,sustainable,and reliability.I hope this research can give air-defense related departments and inspire detection unit,so as to build a more perfect civil air defense equipment management system and perfect relevant civil air defense testing related projects and related specifications,make continuous development and progress of civil air defense in China.
