In the process of measurement upon large-size aeronautic parts such as fuselage shape and wing shape detected by digital measuring equipment.Most domestic aviation manufacturing enterprises lack a systematic and complete measuring scheme due to the larger range of shape size,the station planning of spot measurement basically depends on manual experience.Consequently,research is launched in this paper,which primarily studies the digital measurement planning for the large-scale components of aircraft based on laser radar device t;the main points include measuring area division,measuring station builds and measuring trajectory planning.The purpose of this investigation is to systematize the detection process,reduce preparation,improve the measurement efficiency and create a feasible measuring program.The main content of research as follows:Firstly,there is a requirements analysis for measuring planning and measuring equipment is initiated in this paper,and a methodical scheme of measuring and planning is developed for the measurement problems of large components.The paper experimentally makes an investigation on the factors of beam incidence angle and measuring distance which influences the measurement accuracy with the way of non-contact single point measurement,for the goal of determining the measurement constraints.A study is created to analyze the method of digital mesh expression for large-scale components.Considering the measuring range of laser radar,a method is presented to divide the large-scale surface into multiple measurement zone in the article,which programmed by the principle of satisfying the measurement accuracy and reducing the transferred frequency of the radar station.An approach is proposed in the article to establish the measuring station for the shape area on the basis of the oblique cone model,which reckoning iteratively with the parameters of measuring angle and measuring distance.Considering with automatic measurement function of the radar device and contrastively analyzing the distance algorithm,a way is raised in the article to build the minimum path across all feature points to be measured.System software is built on the CAITA to designs functional modules such as the pretreatment of model,the planning of measurement,and the output of station information.And the simulation of experiment applied to the surface of the fuselage and flap has proved that it is useful to establish a measurement model to confirm the applicable and feasible measurement program.
