By analyzing the transfer method of soft error effects in single particle system and the typical devices,re analysis and the establishment of heavy ion induced soft error failure model of single particle effect,given the Xinlinx Virtex-4 SEU in standard,through the heavy ion experiment showed that the fault characteristic of FPGA,the fault characteristics for digital circuit system CPU+FPGA is a universal and effective,according to the fault characteristics can be used as a fault for CPU+FPGA injection system.To analyze and summarize the hierarchical fault injection method for spacecraft system,namely method and hardware fault injection through physical simulation software to simulate the fault injection method by modifying the memory or register.A set of fault injection platform is developed to complete the combination of software and hardware.The platform can simulate the amplitude and the pulse width of the target by the probe and the plug-in unit,and can be injected into the DSP or FPGA through the JTAG interface.It is concluded that the fault injection method based on the combination of hardware and software can simulate the soft error of single event effect and the protection method of single particle effect.Aiming at the summary of the single particle effect soft error simulation method,it provides valuable experience for the development and application of the following fault injection platform and fault technology.
