This thesis researched and developed a kind of three axis fluxgate magnetometer for space application.Fluxgate magnetometer is a kind of sensor for the measurement of weak magnetic field by fluxgate principle,using three component magnetic fluxgate sensitive axis 3D orthogonal intensity meter,can accurately measure the measured magnetic field vector projection in each sensitive axis of the component size,the measurement results can be calculated with the local angle magnetometer the magnetic field vector,can be used for flight attitude control scenarios.Compared with other principle magnetometer,fluxgate magnetometer has low power consumption,small volume,reliable and relatively simple structure,so it is widely used in the aerospace engineering,mainly used for low earth orbit satellite magnetic attitude control system and magnetic field measurement.At present,foreign high-grade magnetometer on China's embargo,so the development of autonomous controllable aerospace magnetometer has a strong practical significance.The three axis magnetometer in the development of the reliability and environmental adaptability of products are fully considered,and the circuits and structures are optimized.First of all,this paper introduces the principle of fluxgate,and further analyzes the mathematical model of fluxgate magnetic field measurement.Secondly,according to the principle of fluxgate and mathematical model,a single axis fluxgate probe is designed,which adopts three terminal structure,which is composed of three parts: excitation,detection and feedback.At the same time,the installation structure of three axis fluxgate probe is designed.Lastly,analyses the error of fluxgate magnetometer,and makes corresponding corrections,meanwhile sets up a platform of magnetic field measurement,makes calibration test of magnetometer.The fluxgate magnetometer resolution of this topic is 2nT,,measurement range is ±64000nT,non-linear error ?0.05%,temperature drift ?20ppm/?,three-axis orthogonal degree ?90°±0.5°,meets the requirement of aerospace used high-accuracy magnetic field detection.Third,the design of the analog circuit with the use of the three terminal fluxgate probe,including the generation of the excitation signal,fluxgate probe signal conditioning and other aspects,the final output of the analog voltage -5V?+5V.Fourth,the digital circuit is designed to realize the acquisition,control and communication function of the analog output.And the single chip microcomputer system control program and PC monitoring software are compiled.Fifth,the environmental adaptability design and reliability design are carried out.Finally,the fluxgate magnetometer error is analyzed and corrected,at the same time build a field test platform for the magnetometer calibration test.Fluxgate magnetometer measurement range ±64000nT developed in this thesis,a resolution of 2nT,the nonlinear error ?0.05%,the temperature drift ?20ppm/?,three axis orthogonal ?90°±0.5° to meet the high precision magnetic field measurement requirements for space application.
