Magnetic field measurement technology is a important means in researching the magnetism and related physical phenomenon and gradually forms a branch of swaraj science. In domains of science research, national defense, daily living etc, Magnetic field measurement, especially weak Magnetic field measurement technology, Often takes decision effect, some factors such as measurement method, precision, and economy etc will immediately relate with utility and generalization of instruments, as a measurement method, the development of weak Magnetic field measurement has taken important effect in relative scopes. Therefore is significant to researching and develop high precision and sensitivity, good .stabilization easy handle, low cost and power consumption of Magnetic field measurement instrument .In this paper, we research weak Magnetic field measurement and its application. By analyzing the relative documents in this domain, we summarize the theory about the method and the technology of application of detecting weak magnetism, and deal the instrument en the civil and the oversea, By means of detailed research, from the society requirement at the present, using the theory of fluxgate, the technology of fluxgate transducer and the new methods and the new components and through careful calculation in theory and the experimental debugging, we develop the supervision book system of the library, thus extend the scope of the application of weak Magnetic field measurement .The system may solve the problem of losing book in library, lighten the workload of workers, increase the circulation of book, this system is therefore very promising and valuable.
