The basic unit of metallized film capacitor is the core made of metallized film.The core of the capacitor is made by winding machine.The winding of the core is a continuous process.The material length of the single layer metallized film of the core is much shorter than that of the coiled metallized film,so the coiled metallized film will be cut off when the core is rolled.The metal coating on the coiled metallized film(i.e.the metal plate of the capacitor,whose function is to store charge and conduct electricity)is continuous.The metallized film is rolled when the core is rolled.In order to reduce the probability of this situation,it is necessary to set a metal coating worker to remove the metallized film locally at the beginning and end of the capacitor core winding to cut off the metallized film.Art.Because if there is short circuit or weak voltage withstanding in the core,after the subsequent thermal spraying arrives at the enabling process,the core will be scrapped due to internal short circuit in the enabling process,or self-healing discharge will reduce the capacity of the core,thus increasing the cost of unnecessary manpower and material resources for the subsequent production.Plus the situation.There are many factors to be controlled in removing metal coating,including voltage and current,linear velocity of metallized film,linear velocity of removing aluminum foil,ambient temperature,peeling strength of metal coating and base material,friction coefficient between metal coating and removing aluminum foil.Su and 1 material control factor.In this paper,according to the technical requirements of metal coating remo val of metallized film,combined with the calculation of equipment parameters,the arcing voltage and current required by arc method for removing metallized layer are 20 VDC and 15 A,respectively.According to the need of the experiment,the simulation experiment platform,the design of the instantaneous temperature field experiment method and the film breakdown voltage experiment method are built.The above three experimental platforms and methods provide the equipment and method guarantee for the successful completion of this paper.Through the orthogonal analysis of the controlling factors of removing metal coating by arc method,it is confirmed that the peeling strength of metal coating,the metallized film and the relative linear velocity of aluminum foil are the main influencing factors in the process of removing metal coating online by arc method.The main controllable factors in the conclusion of orthogonal experiment are analyzed,and a new controllable main influencing factor is formed by combining the removal voltage and the tension of metallized film when removing metal coating.The 15 levels of four influencing factors,namely,the removal voltage,the linear velocity of metallized film when removing metal coating,the linear velocity of removing aluminum foil and the tension of metallized film when removing metal coating,are all equal.By uniform analysis,the 13 test numbers with the best removal effect-the average number of grid fuses is 3.88.The technological parameters are optimized by using the corresponding removal voltage 33 VDC,the linear velocity of metallized film 0.01 m/s,the linear velocity of aluminium foil 0.010 m/s,and the horizontal combination of 900 g factors of tension of metallized film during removal.The results show that the removal effect of the optimized metal coating is good,and the average number of grid fuses disconnected is more than 3.The optimized process parameters were used to produce the film.The temperature field of the film was captured by thermal imager and analyzed by software.The thermal shrinkage of the film was measured and calculated to be 0.073 % during the process of removing the metal coating.The voltage strength tester was controlled by CDI computer before removing the metal coating.The breakdown voltage of the metallized film after removal is 25.78 %.
